**Responsibilities**:
The Associate HR Advisory supports the Asia Pacific HR Business Advisory function and HR Business Partners in the region in providing HR support, advice and guidance to managers on HR matters, implementing global and regional HR programs and preparation of HR data and analytics.
Key areas of responsibilities include:
- Support the implementation of global HR initiatives and cyclical HR processes
- Participate and support in regional and country programs, projects and initiatives
- Guide and advice managers and employees on employee life cycle events
- Organize new hire on-boarding orientation
- Develop and demonstrate knowledge of country employment laws, market practices, general business environment and applies these operationally
- Partner with Employee Relations and/or Senior HR Business Advisors in accessing and resolving employee relations issues
- Prepare dashboard and people analytic reports, such as attrition analysis, provide insights and trends
- Prepare program analysis and support presentations such as employee engagement survey, performance management review
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Human Resources or related business studies
- 2+ years of HR working experience
- Strong data analytical skills required to identify HR-related trends within the business via metrics and other analytical tools, in order to make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation. Pays attention to details and processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong working partnership with internal clients and HR partners at the local, regional and global level
- Confident, independent, dynamic, proactive, people and results-oriented personality with excellent communication, writing and interpersonal and influencing skills
- Creative thinker and problem solver, strong multi-tasking skill and be able to work under pressure
- Pro-active and strong team player
- Adaptable and flexible with high drive & commitment
