The HR Business Partner is responsible to will oversee all aspects of human resources and ensuring alignment to the business goals and objectives, especially focusing on talent management, including employer branding.

This position is part of the Human Resources team and reports to the Senior HR Manager, SG Operations, and will be located in Benoi, Singapore.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead overall talent management with a clear understanding of business needs and direction.- Identify and partner with external providers including educational institutions, recruitment agencies, and executive search firms in building current and future talent pipelines.- Coach the hiring managers and interview teams as a Talent Advisor per Recruiting the Danaher Way; delivering comprehensive support and consultation in fulfilling recruiting strategies.- Develop career framework for manufacturing associates.- Provide ad hoc market intelligence data to business, combine information (talent market trend, threats, opportunity, etc.) to be used at the business strategy level

The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s Degree with min 7 years of experience in HR-related fields, especially supporting both manufacturing and commercial business units.- Proven ability to act as talent advisor both internally and externally; to build relationships with & influence stakeholders.- Strong passion for recruitment and demonstrated hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience in collaborating with various stakeholders in a complex matrix organization- Strong relationship management skills in building institutional/ government body tie-ups
