
Client Relations and Operations Executive

ASPIRE55 Pte Ltd is recruiting for a Client Relations and Operations Executive (Full-Time) for our Wellbeing Innovation Lab clubhouse, focused on pro-active healthy ageing. You will have access to the latest globally innovative training and equipment for active ageing, enabling older adults over 50s in Singapore to be stronger, healthier and more energetic as they age. You will also be spearheading social, health and lifestyle programmes that will engage our members and create a ‘kampong spirited’ community.

**Responsibilities**
Clubhouse Management
- Administration and maintenance of the Wellbeing Innovation Lab / Clubhouse
- Support and manage the workout schedule for members
- Support day-to-day operations activities
Client Relationship Management
- Be the key contact person to assist members and handle their enquiries
- Co-ordinate members relations and service offerings
- Build good rapport with members and create a fun, lively and happy clubhouse environment
- Support membership sales and renewals
Event Management
- Develop, support and execute fun and creative social, sports and recreational programmes for members to enable healthy, dignified and independent ageing
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma qualifications
- Well versed with MS Office and fast learner to use company software/ online tools
- Outgoing, sporty, fun, innovative, positive personality
- Strong communication skills
- Good written and verbal English language and preferably, one other language/ dialect
- Must enjoy interacting with older people (above 50 years old)
- Client-focus, adept at building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Proactive attitude with a passion for contributing to business growth
- Ability to effectively collaborate and adapt to changing business situations/ requirements
