**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers, manage check-ins, and answer inquiries about lane availability, packages, and promotions.
- Oversee lane setup, equipment checks, and provide guidance on bowling equipment use.
- Process payments for bookings and rentals, and manage group reservations.
- Address customer concerns and equipment issues, resolving or escalating as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bowling area and ensure compliance with health protocols.
- Upsell services like food, beverages, and promotions, and inform customers of events and special offers.
- Monitor and manage inventory and collaborate with staff to enhance the customer experience.

**Social Media and Marketing Responsibilities**
- Create engaging content for social media, post regularly on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Run promotional campaigns, engage with followers, and respond to online feedback and inquiries.
- Develop event highlights, manage promotional collaborations, and maintain an active online brand presence.
- Track and report on engagement metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize audience engagement and drive traffic.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign alignment and contribute ideas for promotional initiatives.
