**Responsibilities**:

- Communicating with clients, fund managers and the sales team to ensure effective and efficient client service support.
- Maintaining client documents and preparing them to meet client for appointments.
- Client database management.
- Attend Client meetings when required.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to provide exemplary customer service standard at all times.
- Assisting customers for accounts opening, KYC certification, fill out authorization form and etc.
- Stay up to date with the market and maintain knowledgeable in all areas of foreign exchange trading.
- Processing payments.
- Reconciling reports to third-party records such as bank statements.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication, phone etiquette, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work, attention to details
- A positive team player, proactive approach, willing to learn
- Able to work in fast paced and diversified environment
- Immediate available is preferred
