- Experience in either Plastering, Tiling Works (Wet works), Plumbing or Electrical
- Capable of using common construction machines and tools including jackhammers, concrete mixers, and surveying equipment, and knowledgeable of everyday safety techniques and practices.
- Strong communicator with a dedication to working well with colleagues.
