K5054 Enterprises is a venture studio focused on human performance, futurology, and serendipity. Our active projects are currently as follows (and we have more in the pipeline):
We are looking to hire a growth hacker to drive awareness, sales, and expansion of our products and services. In this role, you will work with our team to determine key pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for our business. You will devise, implement, and execute initiatives and strategies to grow our brand's market share and customer base.
To ensure success as a growth hacker, you should be skilled at optimizing business processes across all departments and able to tailor your solutions to different markets, scenarios, products, and goals. A top-notch growth hacker is innovative, passionate about startups, and an expert at executing strategies for business growth. This role will report to the Project Manager.
**Job Description**:
- Oversee the marketing strategies to broaden awareness on the K5054 products
- Plan creative and strategic ways on reaching customers and increasing profitable acquisition
- Enhance social media presence across different platforms
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Using data, analytics, and other tools to monitor marketing initiatives
- Build a professional relationship with industry partners and influencers
- Monitors the competitor movement and strategy to improve or innovate existing projects
- Prepares presentation and updates on the various initiatives
- Handles all client related concerns and ensures the proper investigation and solution
- Manage the PR activities and marketing events for the promotion of the company and the products
- Prospects new clients by doing research and building networks
- Makes recommendations to boost the marketing performance while keeping track of budget for marketing campaigns
- Designing and setting up experiments to test and grow the business
- Experience in a small business environment in a multifunctional capacity.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a related role and in the startup space.
- A portfolio of successful growth implementations and interventions.
- Expertise in marketing, online strategies, user experience, and business development.
- Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics.
- Skilled at web optimization, sales generation, conversion analysis, and creating sales funnels.
- Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
- Creative, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset.
- An adaptable, iterative thinker who is constantly learning.
- Curious, innovative, and confident in your abilities to drive change.
Additional Information
- This is a full-time (5 days per week) role.
- Our office is in a shophouse at Nankin Row (3 Pickering Street, Singapore 048660).
