**Who are we looking for**

Motivated students with a focus on business administration and development or professionals with relevant experience. You will work on our Go-to-Market and Delivery functions together with the CEO. You will generate potential customer leads and learn key skills in sales development, deal making, and client management. You also need to have good communication skills to understand the team needs and develop your strategies accordingly.

**The problems you will solve**

Serve as the primary contact point for new business prospects, identifying and cultivating opportunities with potential customers.

Hold high-level discussions with top executives in prospect accounts to stimulate our growth.

Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing departments to formulate and prioritize strategic target account lists.

Manage, monitor, and report all activities and results using our CRM system.

Engage in strategic outbound prospecting, pinpointing key decision-makers, and generating interest in Betterdata solutions.

**Weekly deliverables**

10 Meetings: Schedule and attend meetings with qualified decision-makers from target companies.

100 Connections: Establish connections with target stakeholders via LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

1 Events: Facilitate registrations for virtual and in-person events, leveraging our product and industry knowledge.

**The impact you will have**

As a Social Outreach/Business Development Assistant, you will be working together with the CEO managing all commercial aspects of the business. You will drive additional demand for betterdata’s business in Asia, maintain process and workflow efficiencies, engage with our customers, and provide ongoing customer relationship management and support.

**About you**

1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of the tech industry, with emphasis on data, AI, and privacy matters.

Self-motivated individual who can work efficiently within a team to exceed set objectives.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to think critically and overcome obstacles to success.

Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Passion for security and privacy

Knowledge of basic AI concepts

Any sales experience
