**ABOUT WADZPAY**
WadzPay is a FinTech startup developing a digital currency payments platform that leverages Blockchain technology. We aim to drive financial inclusion and improve the lives of underbanked and unbanked consumers and merchants while leading the charge in the digital payments’ revolution.
This role will be part of the Customer Success Team whose focus will be to plan, track, monitor and report status all customer-facing activities globally including multiple programs and projects.
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as Program Manager. The responsibilities of Program Manager will include planning or recording key tasks, tracking diligently on important day-to-day activities, follow-up with team members, monitor status regularly and report periodically in pre-decided templates. He/she should be well-versed in all policies and processes, overseeing project management staff, and collaborating with other department leaders to develop projects and programs. The incumbent shall also be expected to participate during the pre-sales cycle for large deals before the deal closure. He/she shall be expected to perform audits of programs / projects across all aspects i.e., processes, timeliness of delivery as per scope, quality, cost overruns, profitability etc.
To be successful as a Program Manager, you should demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels within the organization. Ultimately, a top-notch Program Manager should be pro-active, well-organized, good at co-ordination and able to work under pressure.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ability to interact with internal and external customers and set / manage expectations.
- Collaborating with internal department leaders or vendor / partner teams to define, prioritize, and develop programs or projects.
- Performing project management, including planning, setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Tracking, Monitoring and Reporting all key and designated activities for success of customer engagements, customer delivery and customer support.
- Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
- Audit programs and projects for scope vs delivery, timeliness, process orientation, cost overruns (if any) vs original budgets, customer satisfaction etc.
- Ensure full documentation of the project's creation, development life cycle and execution aspects including project's scope, deliverables, budget, and justification.
- Work closely with Quality Department and ensure product quality and project quality as applicable.
**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Administration, or a related field.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
- A minimum of ten years' experience in the industry with similar job experience.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in a supervisory position may be advantageous.
- Exposure to working with foreign clients.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to details and technicalities.
- Excellent organizational and co-ordination skills
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
