- The transfer of manufacturing of LX Zs and VNX from Tewksbury to Singapore has created a need for a dedicated plant controller to manage the finance related activities for the plant which include:

- Reporting requirements (Pulse, R&O, Forecasting, Budgeting) - Plant operational result, Inventory management and stock take
- SOX control and audit related activities
- Cost control and proper MOH/FOH calculations
- Collaborating with plant management to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, financial modelling of projects and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- NWC tracking of inventory levels
- Manage price inflation pressures and incorporate within the design of the standard cost
- Evaluate all plant transaction according to IFRS and GAAP accounting procedures
- Facilitating and supporting internal and external audits
- Conducting comprehensive analysis of production costs, material consumption, freight costs and Inventory Control, including obsolescence monitoring and inventory valuation
- Support Regional management on the evaluation of Capital Expenditure request with financial metrics and business case
- The upcoming refurbishment contract with Iontech/Samsung will also create financial complexities in terms of contract, proper financial modelling (to project the revenue and margins based on the probabilities of rejected vs re-usable module parts) and subsequent tracking of the eventual margins.
- The plant controller, hence, provides additional support to manage FP&A activities for APAC AFS (including V_V):

- EDI Ionpure SIOP process
- ISC KPIs tracking and measurement
- Actual costs vs STD cost tracking for high volume finished goods
- Inventory management
