**Quality Control Analyst II**:
**Senior Quality Control Analyst - Your future position?**
Location: Singapore - Pioneer
Reporting to: Quality Control Manager

Core Responsibilities:

- Technically competent in instruments, equipment and quality deviations troubleshooting in laboratory.
- Ambassador for quality to facilitate and implementation of ISO/GMP requirements.
- Responsible for approval/rejection decisions on finished products and raw materials and review & update of test methods, specifications & procedures/work instructions
- Lead quality investigations of products and raw materials & follow up on closure on quality related matters.
- Provide & co-ordinate training /coaching for QC team members
- Lead/Participate in site wide, cross functional initiatives/projects. Active participation in Continuous Improvement initiatives & ability to contribute towards site CI initiatives.
- Establish technical reports, validation protocols, guidelines/procedures and work instructions in the laboratory.
- Co-ordinate / perform / support plant and equipment qualifications & validation.
- Ensure conformance to ISO procedures and compliance to good laboratory & safety practices is aligned and integrated to work aspects
- Support audits for internal and external customer.
- Support B shift (one week in a month) & weekend overtime

Technical Skills:

- Laboratory and/or QC techniques required.
- Good technical understanding, excellent computer, organizational, skills, oral and written communication skills are required.
- Operational experience of a laboratory environment, analytical equipment and instruments such as weighing balance, Densitometer, Refractometer, Moisture balances, Karl Fischer Titrator, Acid value titrator, GC, HPLC, is preferred.
- Knowledge of chemical substances, hazardous material and related local regulations.
- Basic Sensory evaluation capability / potential capability preferred.

Academic Background:

- Diploma or University degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Sciences
- At least 5 years laboratory experience in a fragrance, flavour, chemical, or any related industry
