As a highly skilled Process Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our chemical processing plant. This is a key role within our operations team, requiring strong technical skills and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Process Technology, with a proven ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts on Jurong Island. While prior experience is not required, we are looking for individuals who are hands-on, multi-tasking, and able to learn quickly through our comprehensive training program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and Maintain Plant Conditions: Ensure optimal productivity and minimal downtime by monitoring and maintaining plant equipment, performing routine maintenance tasks, and identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Conduct Regular Plant Patrols: Identify and address any potential issues during regular plant patrols, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations.
  • Perform Sampling and Quality Control Analysis: Conduct sampling and quality control analysis to ensure that all products meet our stringent quality standards.
  • Prepare Master Batch Sub-Raw Materials: Prepare master batch sub-raw materials based on production requirements, ensuring seamless production processes.
  • Assist in Emergency Response Efforts: Participate in emergency response efforts during plant incidents, taking prompt and appropriate actions to minimize damage and ensure safety.
Requirements:
  • Education: NITEC / Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Process Technology (or equivalent).
  • Work Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts on Jurong Island.
  • Training Provided: Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
  • Hands-On and Multi-Tasking Attitude: We are looking for individuals who are hands-on, multi-tasking, and able to learn quickly.
Benefits:
  • Fixed Allowances: SGD 750 + night shift allowance/day shift allowance.
