Responsibilities- Manage a spectrum of HR functions for NIE faculty which include recruitment, contract renewal, promotion, compensation and benefits, performance management, career development and other service-related matters.- Contribute to NIE and HR initiatives and projects and play an active role in the planning and organization of HR events.- Review HR policies, schemes and processes.
Requirements- A University Degree, preferably with specialization in HR Management.- 4 to 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory position. Experience in an Institute of Higher Learning setting is preferred.- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication (written and spoken) skills.- Meticulous and strong with numbers.- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as a team player.- Good IT skills and highly proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.- Able to handle sensitive matters with tact and discretion, while building trust and upholding confidentiality.
