**IT Engineer Intern - Singapore**
**Role Overview**:
As an IT Engineer Intern, you'll be exposed in providing end support to end users in APAC offices. You will respond to tickets and requests within business defined service level agreements.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain inventories and documentations.
- Providing end support to end users in APAC offices.
- Provide phone and web based software support for employee.
- Analyze complex technical issues and provide clear, concise and comprehensive resolution.
- Break/Fix troubleshooting and repair of client network connections and PC resource/utilization issues.
- Troubleshooting on both hardware and software issues (e.g. Laptops, PCs, printers, scanners, VOIP and network connectivity issues).
- Install, maintain and upgrade workstation hardware, software, and operating system.
- Install, format, reformat Mac OS, Windows operating systems (client and server) and Microsoft Office.
- Responds to tickets and requests within business defined service level agreements.
**Requirements**:
- Relevant IT support experience.
- User support experience for Windows AD, Windows 10, Mac OS, MS Office.
- Good understanding of IP Networking concepts (Firewall, LANs, WANs, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, etc.)
- Experience in troubleshooting network problem.
- Team/results oriented, flexible, proactive, self-starter.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Organization skills.
- Patience.
- Exposure in Oracle user support and VMWare is a plus.
- BS in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred.
