E-commerce Specialist

**Position Overview**:

**Skills Required**:

- What level of design skills do you have? Ability in Canva, photoshop, video editing? Do you have any reference for me to see?
- Are you able to do E-commerce order management/fulfilment?
- Are you able to perform product listings? - create images suitable for web upload. SEO product listing details.
- What is your experience in Lazada Seller Centre?
- What is your experience in Shopee Seller Center?
- What is your experience in Shopify store management?
- What is your skill level in Excel (vLooukup, Pivot table) etc?

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Full Time On-site Position (non-hybrid/remote)
- Handles customer orders, using Shopify and other online shopping platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Amazon seller center.
- Inventory Control: Keep track of physical inventory currently on sale.
- Perform extensive research on items to be posted and determine the best possible price
- Manage Product Listings on various e-commerce platforms with SEO driven details
- Ability to create and post on social media channels with video / carousel images
- Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Use photo editing software (Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva) to create suitable images for product listings and shop banners, etc.
- You must be able to work quickly with accuracy and be productive.
- Must be able read and write Chinese characters to communicate with supplier based in China, and use inventory management software using Chinese text.
- Fresh graduates may apply

**Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Takes an active role, and partners with the other E-commerce team members in the day-to-day operation of the e-commerce business.
- Other written or verbal duties may be assigned by your supervisor and/or Administrator
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- You are a good fit if your can be honest and have open communication with your fellow team members. If you are unable to meet a deadline, or made a mistake, it is better to be upfront about it.
- **Commitment** - we are looking for someone for a long term working relationship that will become full time. We have many staff members who are with us for more than 5 years.

- Someone who is an independent critical thinker and a self-learner. We will train all our team members sufficiently to complete tasks. However, we do not spoon feed on every detail that can be easily found in FAQs or Mr. Google.
- **Desire to Learn** - we are a small team, but growing fast. We want people who are open to learning new skills and taking on new projects. If you are not excited about improving your skills and working outside of your main job description, this is not for you.
