Service Now SecOps team is responsible for the delivery of the changes across the bank and it is part of the Global Service Management

The Group Security (GS) team protects the Bank and our customers from cyber compromise, through proactive management of cyber security, privacy, and operational risk. Our team includes:

To ensure the Group achieves sustainable competitive advantage through efficient service management, you will need to play a key role in supporting and executing the Groups cyber strategy.

You will be required to maintain and build productive relationships with:

- Business Stakeholders, Project Sponsor, Benefits Sponsor, Change Owner, and Project Steering Group
- Crew Leads and Chapter leads
- Business Analysts and Solution Designer
- Release Management Team

Administration and operational support teams

**Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules, including Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Threat Intelligence.
- Integrate third-party security tools and platforms with ServiceNow, ensuring data flows smoothly between systems.
- Design and implement automation workflows for security operations to streamline incident response and vulnerability management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into effective solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow SecOps and integrations.
Optimize performance and scalability of security operations processes on the ServiceNow platform.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of SecOps configurations, customizations, and integrations.Stay updated on new ServiceNow features, security technologies, and industry trends to continuously improve the platform’s capabilities.

**Essential Skills:

- **
- 4-8 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on Security Operations (SecOps).
- Proven experience with integrating third-party tools (e.g., SIEMs, vulnerability scanners, incident management systems) with ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including scripting (JavaScript), business rules, UI actions, and workflows.
- Experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP) and data mapping between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Familiarity with IT security processes and protocols (e.g., incident response, vulnerability management, threat intelligence).
- ServiceNow certifications in SecOps or other related modules (preferred).Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Education Qualification**:
Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology
