**Impact & contribution**:

- The Systems Engineer will be working with their chapter lead, squad lead and members to drive product roadmap initiatives, support and accelerate business unit engagements and contribute to operational enhancement and BAU activities.

**Roles & Responsibilities:

- A broad technical experience including Server and Workstations (primarily Windows), Networking and implementation of various security tools across large organisation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to systematically troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Experience in Endpoint & Azure Security suite (E5) especially endpoint security like Microsoft Defender & Endpoint Detection and Response(EDR),McAfee/Trellix ePO, Endpoint Security ( ENS) ,Host Firewall & Intrusion prevention system, Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager( SEPM), Symantec Endpoint Protection(SEP).
- Assesses and designs information systems or solutions to meet defined business needs that are compatible with enterprise and solution architectures and standards
- Ability to analyse, review and document business processes in order to improve or enhance sustainability to produce business benefits and meet business goals.
- Ability to plan, design, manage, execute and report on testing scenarios and in practice to ensure systems, configurations, packages or services perform as specified
- Be comfortable developing scripts to automate processes
- Experience configuring, packaging, supporting and deploying third party softwareOngoing maintenance, uplift and ownership of technical solutions, including; creating and improving technical processes, continuous improvement of the solution, and direct user education and support

- 4+ Years
- Experience in Experience in Endpoint & Azure Security suite (E5) especially endpoint security like Microsoft Defender & Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), McAfee/Trellix ePO, Endpoint Security ( ENS) ,Host Firewall & Intrusion prevention system, Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager( SEPM), Symantec Endpoint Protection(SEP).
- Designing, Building, Rolling out security solutions to a diverse user/devices environment within a large high risk organisation
- Scripting to support automated build, deploy and config for CI/CD pipeline
- Experience in setting up, maintaining and ongoing development of continuous build/ integration infrastructure.
- Proficient in Windows Server and Workstation operating systems with respect to local security, Active Directory and Group Policy (Linux in addition is also preferable)
- Utilizing a SIEM to search and monitor for device related security event

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology
