**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the execution of new Data Center projects, both greenfield and brownfield.
- Develop project master program, project charter, and establish project processes.
- Prepare project budget, manage capital funding, and ensure spending stays within approved budgets.
- Familiarize oneself with Data Center risk redundancy configurations and requirements.
- Provide day-to-day construction oversight to ensure safety, schedule adherence, cost-efficiency, and compliance with specifications.
- Have knowledge of critical M&E systems (e.g., UPS, Generator, Chiller, Cooling Tower) and their testing and commissioning requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health measures by project contractors.
- Familiarity with Energy & Sustainability certification requirements such as LEED and Green Mark.
- Ability to read and understand design and construction drawings in various fields (Architectural, Structural, M&E, etc.).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Over 10 years of experience in project management or construction management, specifically in green and/or brownfield Data Center projects.
- Proven track record in managing Data Center projects.
- LEED accreditation is advantageous.
