**PRESIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE PROGRAM**

The Presidential Management Associate Program is part of the CEO Global Presidential Program. It is an intensive, two-year rotational program specially designed for MBA graduates. This program integrates customized professional rotations, continuous leadership development, coaching, mentoring, hands-on practical experience, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to optimize talent and build business acumen and capability. It capitalizes on the participants' creativity, learning agility and innovation to create bespoke, high-touch experiences that will accelerate career growth.

Through a highly selective review process, the top emerging talent is chosen to complete different rotations of increasing responsibility during the two-year program. Each rotation in APAC and/or US will span brands and functions based on business needs.

**How the PMA Program Helps Participants Succeed?**

**Support From Leaders**- A one-on-one relationship with each member of the program management team to ensure a quality experience from recruiting through hiring, rotation assignments and placement-

**Post-Program Placement**

Upon successful completion of the program, the PMA will be placed at the Senior Manager level. This placement is based on existing business needs, the PMA’s evaluations, rate of development, contribution, and previous work experience.

**Qualifications** Qualifications**:

- MBA degree
- Minimum 5-8 years of work experience with a demonstrated record of achievement
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, motivate and influence others
- Robust change management skills, business acumen and executive presence
