Job Title: Presidential Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to serve as the primary support for the President's office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the President's calendar, coordinating meetings and events, and handling confidential administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Executive Assistant is required, with proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the President's calendar, coordinate meetings and events
  • Handle confidential administrative tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Work collaboratively with other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless coordination of internal activities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant (minimum 2 years)
  • Demonstrated adaptability and openness to change
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative team player
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
