About the Role:

We're seeking ambitious and motivated individuals to join us as Management Associates. You'll be involved in strategic initiatives, client engagement, and growth projects that will prepare you for a future leadership role.

What You'll Experience:

Rotational Exposure – Gain experience across core business functions such as marketing strategy, sales development, client engagement, and event management.

Sales & Business Development – Learn to identify new opportunities, build networks, and engage clients to drive business growth.

Marketing & Communications – Create and execute campaigns across digital platforms, events, and community initiatives to strengthen brand presence.

Leadership Development – Work closely with senior leaders, receive mentorship, and take on projects that build management capabilities.

Client-Centric Projects – Participate in initiatives that enhance client experience and strengthen long-term relationships.

Who We are Looking For

  • Minimum a degree or local diploma from a recognized institution
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
