**Role Overview**

As the senior software engineer - Content Delivery team at Coupang Play, you will architecture, design, and implement high-performance software solutions for CDN servers and operating multi-CDN based content delivery systems.

**What You Will Do**
- Participate in architecting, developing and operating a multi-CDN based content delivery infrastructure.
- Develop an operating system optimized for CDN, a caching solution, and a deployment system for servers in the data center.
- Identify, triage, debug, and provide solutions for production issues.
- Build monitoring tools for better observability and improve the quality and performance of CDN.

**Basic Qualifications**
- A minimum of 5 years of professional working experience in the content delivery and networking domain.
- Strong software development skills in a Unix/Linux environment and proficiency with programming languages such as C++, Rust, Go, Python, etc.
- Good knowledge of UDP/TCP/IP, HTTP/S, TLS, DNS, BGP, etc.
- Experience building highly available and scalable distributed systems.
- Experience building and running CDN operating systems and cache/proxy solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field of study.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working with on-demand and live streaming video.
- Experience working with ISPs or IXPs and building CDN systems or PoPs in a data center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean.
