We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join our team as **Head of GTS Product and Propositions, Singapore.**
**Principal responsibilities**
- Lead Global Trade Solutions, Product & Propositions in Singapore
- Manage a team of senior trade product specialists in delivering client-centric solutions to support aggressive growth ambitions
- Manage the product financials including revenues, costs, RWA and other key indicators
- Drive commercialization of products and manage the product financials including revenues, costs and other key indicators
- Implement regional and global propositions and lead local propositions to meet market needs, setting quantifiable targets
- Leading role in external industry committees and working groups
- Lead and participate in cross-functional internal innovation and initiatives, including end-to-end digital onboarding and product delivery, merchant financing and data-decisioning
- Ensure effective management of delivery, commercial, & operational risk as part of deal execution and fulfilment lifecycle.
- Evaluate and improve the ways in which we work, leveraging the Voice of the Customer and employee feedback as part of an ongoing endeavor to maximize agility whilst driving customer satisfaction and overall business value.
- Provide support to Sales teams and Client Coverage groups on all product and propositions related aspects of GTS, including input into RFPs
- Lead internal and external marketing initiatives, including communications and briefings to Business Development teams and Client Coverage groups
- Manage relevant product governance implementation, such as pricing governance, governance related to global product inventory and implementation related outsourcing arrangements
- Direct and guide Technology functions and operations teams to build systems and infrastructure to support activities in GTS
- Lead collaboration and deliver outcome on Trade Digitalization and Sustainability Agenda for Trade Finance
- Identify and implement initiatives that target improved performance of underlying revenue drivers to boost product financial performance
- Build and manage relationships with customers and key internal stakeholders
- Encourage and enable constructive cross country and cross business teamwork, sharing technical knowledge and best practices
- Ensure adherence to recommendations by Credit and Risk, Know Your Customer procedures, and other GTS guidelines
- Manage implementation team to deliver best experience for clients with complex deals from mandate to implementation. Working closely with coverage, specialist sales and deal structuring. Capable to manage a diverse range of functional stakeholders (Technology, Compliance, Legal, Risk, etc.)
Requirements- University degree
- Extensive years of relevant experience in trade finance is preferred
- Proven experience in people management and product management
- Strong communication skills with ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and work under time pressure
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse complex problems, interpret customer or operational needs and develop integrated, creative solutions
- Track record in change management and effective negotiation
