**The Role
Reporting to the VP HR, this role is responsible for full-spectrum of HR operations, ranging from HR policies and processes design to daily HR operations, and post-M&A unification.
**Your Responsibilities
HR Management - SEA HR Policies, Processes & Systems
- Formulate, review, and implement effective HR policies and procedures that are in line with the organization’s goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance to local employment legislations through policies and procedures, and adherence to reporting requirements of various government authorities.
- Identify, design and implement relevant changes to the Human Capital Management (HCM) system
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and innovative HR best practices.
SEA HR Operations
- Oversee and deliver day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth operations relating to employees’ life cycle, from on-boarding to off-boarding, performance management, compensation and benefits admin, work passes, etc.
- Identify, design and execute improvements to current programmes and process(es).
- Responsible for manpower reporting.
- Administration of the performance management cycle.
- Maintain and administer the company’s rewards programmes, eg. variable incentives, Long-Term incentives.
- Drive employee engagement and wellness programmes.
- Is a culture champion and drives culture-embedment programmes.
Post-M&A Unification
- Participate in M&A pre-transaction work, where necessary
- Assess current systems, review processes and structures, identify necessary changes and lead implementation.
Ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
**Must-Have Requirements**
- At least 6 years of solid employee lifecycle HR operations experience across SEA (especially in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia), including payroll, onboarding and offboarding, administration of performance management, local employment visas management, etc.
- Systemic and systematic thinker, enjoys solving problems analytically and creatively and creating structure through defining clear policies, processes, roles definitions, timelines.
- Driven go-getter, pragmatic, independent and hands-on, with a high level of commitment to deliver impact efficiently.
- Strong prioritization skills despite a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder influencing skills, with a calm and gritty demeanor
- A respected leader who demonstrates a company and team-first mindset

**Formal Education
Degree in related field (i.e. Human Resources, Business Administration)
