Claims is often described as the moment of truth and the Life Claims team here strive to continuously deliver a better claims experience to our customers with our ‘ACE-IT’ (Agility, Collaboration, Empathy, Innovation, Trust) values in mind, ensuring that claim payouts are made accurately and in a hassle-free manner. **Focus of the Internship**

Insurance is not just about financial advisers and selling of policies. As part of the Life Claims team, you will:

- Learn the ways of working in a large organization
- Understand what Life Insurance is all about and what it takes to adjudicate Life insurance claims
- Identify areas for process improvement and business insights

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyse claims data and recommend changes to business processes to improve efficiency and tighten controls
- Participate in development of IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) systems and contribute to AI modeling and training activities
- Assist in selective investigations of actual insurance claims
- Organise claim documents in repository system for ease of retrieval and achieve data integrity
- Improve existing claim forms or create new claim forms
- Provide administrative support on ad-hoc matters as and when needed

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Pursuing a Degree in any field, as long as this interests you
- Analytical and data-driven, with attention to details
- Strong writing and content generation skills with good command of English
- Knowledge of or exposure to Qliksense, PowerBI or other dashboard reporting and analytics tools would be preferred over other applicants
- Tech Savvy problem-solver with innovative ideas
- Prior office administrative experience will be an advantage
