**Key responsibilities**:
- Support Senior Business Analyst and Program Management team, whilst learning fundamentals of Project Management.
- ** Scheduling**: Set up project timelines in Planview Enterprise One Project Management software. Be responsible for specific tasks of the project to support Project Manager or Team.
- ** Cost Control**: check that data in Planned vs Actual tool matches to what is in SAP
- ** Contracts**:Translate contractual Customer agreements into executable project plans.
- ** Project Tracking**: Participate to the preparation of the project reporting (charts for KPIs, collection of information).
- Clear PMO alerts to ensure data integrity
- Maintain project timelines in Planview to match with Production Schedule changes.
- Ensure that stages in Planview are properly connected and correctly forecasted in SAP.
- Ensure all stages in Planview are using expenditure function.
- ** Lead improvement Projects**:
- Assist in the development of the local Program Management Intranet page
- Organize internal workshops and support team members to establish agendas, meeting minutes, actions lists, etc.
- Improve the customer visits calendar
- Improve the amendment tracker file
- Participate and support Customer visits and meetings.
**Key requirements**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- A passion for technology and a desire to learn new things.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or SAP ECC would be an advantage
