- Working Location: Changi North
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5.30 pm; 1 half-day Saturday per month, 8 am - 12 pm
- Salary Package**:Basic up to $3,500 + Attendance Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus**:

- Duration: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and inventory management.
- Communicate with management and contractors regarding cost estimations.
- Negotiate project terms to handle all issues effectively.
- Develop cost-reduction strategies to enhance the overall project value.
- Ensure all purchased items meet specifications and comply with standards.
- Handle the full logistics process, including shipping documentation (mainly import; export when necessary).
- Manage purchase requisitions, orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
- Oversee company vendors, including IT and maintenance/repair/operating contracts.
- Manage contracts, such as purchasing agreements, certificates, and renewal inspections.
- Respond to supplier, vendor, and internal inquiries.
