**Location**: 101 Alps Ave - with company transport in various location

**Responsibilities**:
Co-ordinate, facilitate and manage Procurement processes - Sourcing, RFQ, Negotiation, Vendor Management etc
Drive for cost reduction initiatives, promote sustainable sourcing and continuous business processes improvement
Gather data, market analysis and information of commodities to support plans and decisions (Bench Marking Exercise)
Engage with Operations teams to deliver added value products and services
Attend to Operations’ feedback and assist in resolving problems with suppliers
Support backend offices such as HR, IT, QHSE, Facility etc. in sourcing and negotiation activities
Work closely with Legal in contract negotiation with suppliers
Support Procurement team in day-to-day Procurement task and provide administrative support
