**About The Role**
To provide administrative and support services.
This is a dedicated internal and external client service role. You will be involved in paperwork documentation and filing, engagement with parents, interactions with the children and working co-operatively with all team members.
**The Opportunity**
- Managing your centre’s performance
- Ensure that all enquires are addressed appropriately and positively.
- Administrative work (sales, collection of fees, and collection of forms) and upkeep of centre premises.
- Conduct stock-taking and restocking of supplies such as merchandise and stationery
- Ensure safety of students within your centre
- Developing and maintaining strong, respectful, and reciprocal relationships with all families to ensure they feel a sense of belonging and connection to the centre.
**Who we’re looking for**:
- **No problem working either on Saturdays or Sundays**:
- You have an eye for detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
