Our client is an up-and-coming music and performing arts school. Grounded by a passion to develop talent and creativity in children from their early years, their programmes include music and movement, vocal and instrumental coaching, songwriting, dance and drama. Besides having classes at their own centres, they also run classes for numerous established preschools and clubs.

As part of their expansion, they are looking to hire a Centre Manager to run and oversee the business (this includes the branch centres and external programmes). You will be responsible for managing centre operations, and provide leadership in strategic and operational planning. You will be the leader in the development of centre initiatives, and improvements for effective delivery of centre programmes and external programmes. You possess strong leadership skills and are comfortable doing sales pitches to bring the Centre to greater heights.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop organisational direction for cross-centre partnerships and delivery of services.
- Develop strategic long-term plans to improve the quality of learning environments.
- Drive cross-centre partnerships to enhance initiatives and programmes.
- Drive improvements on systems, processes, operations and risk management initiatives.
- Establish new or revised policies, procedures and standards.
- Establish processes to improve curriculum and programmes.
- Lead development of centre programmes and initiatives.
- Manage escalated feedback from stakeholders.
- Manage staff performance.
- Manage the centre ensuring high quality business activities with maximum quality, service and profitability for the organization.
- Oversee student enrolment for the centre.
- Prepare annual work plans and budget plans.
- Set the centre's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Set the strategic direction for the centre.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Diploma degree in music.
- License to teach as an academic (state requirement).
- Minimum of 3 years' of sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
