Job Details:
Job Summary: The role of the Operation Executuve is to take charge of the overall development, implementation, coordination, execution and completion of department (ALFRE Team)’s Operation and Maintenance contract(s) and support any business project (assigned).

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for day to day supervision of operation and maintenance services of workshop and staff supporting.
- Ensure stipulated KPI, operational and maintenance activities in compliances to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and regulations while adhering to rules and regulation laid by companies and/or client.
- Liaise with Client on the operation schedule and ensure adequate resources are always available.
- Liaise with supplier or service provider on Maintenance of equipment and facilities and ensure zero delay in execution of operation support services. Monitor conditions of equipment/ facilities and propose obsolescence plan for upgrade or new purchase
- Need to be well-versed on products, and able to take on as principal trainer to conduct training for staff working in the department.
- Generate monthly performance reports and attend monthly meeting with Client.
- Supervisory role for equipment setup and operation at remote sites and to ensure smooth operations of the equipment.
- Supervisory role for periodic servicing, inspection, repair (up to LRU) and maintenance of equipment, changing consumables and plans to ensure minimum downtime and ensuring job quality in compliance with safety and industry standard.
- Lead by example and demonstrate good work practices to working staff.
- Perform driving task in the course of work (when possessed valid Class 3 license for one year).
- Perform shift duties as and when required. Covering for working staff as and when required.
- In-house training will be provided before deployment

Minimum Job Requirements:
**Qualifications**:

- Preferred Trained Combatant/ Technicians on Armoured Platform
- Preferred Possess Armour Platform driving license
- Preferred holding a rank of 3SG and above in SAF
- Or At least 3 years experiences in Armour Training Support Services
- At least Diploma in any engineering field

Skills/Experience/Knowledge
- Must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Must communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form.
- Able to prioritise, complete multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Familiar with working in a military set-up or equivalent
- Computer literate

Personal Qualities
- Responsible, Punctual, Customer-orientated, innovative, strong team player and willingness to accept added responsibilities.

Condition of Employment:

- Must maintain and clear security clearance before start work
- Must have completed National Service in Singapore
- Must be able to work odd hours &/in accordance with contractual requirements and in remote areas
- Must be willingly to work at different job sites around Singapore
- Must be comfortable working in a military set-up or equivalent
