**Position Summary**:
Working under general supervision of the Vice President of Global Strategic Sales, the Strategic Account Director will develop business relationships with assigned net new strategic logos with the goal of identifying prospects to position core categories of demand generation solutions while managing the entire sales cycle to include qualifying, presenting and closing innovative, integrated and custom solutions. Additionally, the Strategic Account Director will identify new business categories to increase the Company's solution portfolio in the areas of Content Solutions, Pipeline Acceleration Solutions, Research, Digital Display and Sales Development Representative Service.
**Essential Job Functions "What You'll Do"**:
- Identify net new strategic logos utilizing multi-channel resources to identify viable prospects.
- Conduct a consultative assessment of the business needs to position innovative, integrated and custom solutions/ programs to strategic accounts.
- Close customer contracts.
- Develop a business plan and implement sales strategies to enable the sale of solution(s) that aligns with company revenue goals and profitability objectives.
- Provide pipeline management, business forecasts and relevant performance metrics to report progress to goal(s).
- Identify new lines of business to increase the Company's solution portfolio in the areas of Content Solutions, Pipeline Acceleration Solutions, Research, Digital Display and Sales Development Representative Service.
**Essential Qualifications "What You'll Need"**:
- Knowledge of the challenges faced by strategic digital marketers across a variety of vertical markets.
- Proven business acumen with a deep understanding of the sales process.
- Knowledge and experience with business plan development, execution and management.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and/ or annual basis.
- Experience with program measurement and analytics not limited to opportunities created, forecasting revenue and sales performance.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Initiative to identify new prospects and solutions to grow the business and its portfolio.
- Demonstrate good judgment, critical thinking, problem solving and negotiating skills to make strategic decisions.
- Effective communication skills coupled with solid presentation skills.
- Contribute to a collaborative environment that exemplifies a commitment to the Company's core values.
- Ability to articulate Company value proposition to prospects and clients.
