Strategic Account Director

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Strategic Account Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective relationship-building and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service, identifying opportunities for growth, and implementing solutions to drive revenue expansion.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders to leverage resources, expertise, and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects, ensure timely completion, and meet client satisfaction targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in a senior leadership position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • A collaborative mindset, with experience working effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
