Our Admin & Account Executive is required to be agile and flexible in managing the daily operations activities related to the accounting and other administrative matters. We see this position as the BFF of our creative team. You will also work closely with the management team to provide support for the daily activities to ensure the office environment is a pleasant place for work.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Be able to communicate in English and Chinese is a MUST.
- Maintaining book-keeping on internal accounting systems.
- Processing payments and receivables.
- Preparing reports and internal documents for clients, supervisory authorities, and management.
- General correspondence, organizing and filing.
- General office admin support.
- Simple HR support (but not a full HR responsibility).

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Google workspace (particularly the Google sheet and Google meet) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to details and willingness to learn.
- Be a dynamic & proactive team player ready to work in a creative environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
