Department People- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationSingaporeThe People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Shopee’s growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end talent recruitment process that involves requirements understanding, talent pool defining, sourcing, screening and selection of right senior talents
- Maintain and build close partnerships with business stakeholders and leaders to build and support talent acquisition plans; understand deeply about why we are hiring, who we are hiring for, how we are going to hire, and provide expertise and assistance to stakeholders for recruitment-related issues

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 8 years of recruitment experience, including at least 5 years in in-house recruitment across multiple functions, with a focus on hiring for high-growth areas
- Demonstrated success in leading a team of 10 full-cycle recruiters
- Proactive self-starter with strong decision-making capabilities and a high level of responsibility
- Excellent project management, execution, and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Collaborative team player who is resourceful, adaptable, and has a positive, can-do attitude
