
HR & Office Administrator

We are looking for a responsible HR & Office Administrator to support the HR and Tax department’s day-to-day operations. If you are an organized, detail-oriented and a meticulous individual, please send in your resume.
Reporting to the VP of Operations, your duties include but are not limited to:
**Human Resources
1. Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and administrative duties
2. Leave and benefits administration
3. Assist in the full cycle of recruitment process
4. Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
6. Handling all clearance for resignation and termination
7. Conducting exit interview and provide feedback obtained
8. Handling enquires from staff
9. Responsible for various aspects of office administration including purchasing of stationery, pantry items, courier/mail services etc.
10. Any other HR administrative duties as assigned
**Tax
1. Collecting, reviewing, organizing and filing paperwork on behalf of the clients
3. Data entry and help filling in tax form with client data
4. Scanning/copying of documents and sorting of mail, tax forms and other hard copy documents
5. Organizing and packing documents for mailing out to clients
6. Updating of trackers for specific tasks as required
7. Handling of sensitive information in a confidential manner
8. Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma holder with at least 4 years of relevant HR and administrative experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good knowledge of MOM regulations and HR practices
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Pleasant personality and able to interact well with all level of staff
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
