[What the role is]

(i) establishment of a good governance, risk and compliance management framework to protect and preserve the integrity and accountability of the mosque sector; and

(ii) development of systems and processes that will transform the mosque sector to better serve the community effectively, efficiently & sustainably.

[What you will be working on]

You will be responsible to develop and implement Ecosystem Integration for the mosque sector:
Integrate processes between mosques, program centres and other entities serving the mosques from Muis HQ, other Muis units, Muis group entities and other agencies.

Establish effective communication system framework covering crisis management, board communication and reporting.

Oversee the development of the services integration plan for the mosque sector and establish an effective monitoring system.

[What we are looking for]

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Economics, Project Management, Engineering, Systems Development or related field

Good understanding resource management & enterprise resource planning

Good analytical ability and possess strong problem-solving skills to identify solutions and best practices for stakeholders and make sound recommendations

Good negotiation, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
