**Summary Role**: Ecosystem Integration Lead
Maxeon is growing market share and production capacity everywhere and launching products that grow its portfolio beyond panels to strengthen its overall value proposition as a true eco-system player. Maxeon is increasingly integrating partner products and services in the home and cloud-to-cloud. Therefore, Maxeon is seeking a high-energy, customer-focused Ecosystem Integration Lead as a critical member of the product team. As part of Maxeon’s product team, this role will be responsible for scoping, developing and maintaining 3rd party integrations with Maxeon’s systems, touchpoints and platforms. In addition to technical leadership, the role also needs to define and lead the engagement with the device and/or service partner from first contact to the integration launch. Understanding cloud-to-cloud and device-to-cloud integration paradigms and choosing the optimal technical integration is just as important as creating simple, fast and delightful integrations and services. Core responsibilities include creating and maintaining standard integration guides, best practices and all relevant technical documentation. The role also needs to lead and execute a strict data-first strategy that puts collecting data points and converts them into actionable reports to evaluate and optimize each and every integration constantly.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, update and maintain the global strategy for device and service integration into Maxeon’s digital ecosystem and platforms
- Lead the continuous integration of all internally and externally developed services and devices to drive and steer both correspondingly simple and robust processes and their productive technical implementation.
- Contribute to Maxeon’s technical vision and deliver a roadmap of partner integrations
- Author and maintain all technical documentation around service and device integrations
- Design and architect the (automated) test suites to initially and constantly evaluate the proper function of each integration
- Own the development and end-to-end lifecycle for these integrations
- Direct technical teams, both internally and at partners, through the process and eventual upgrade to integrations
- Partner with leaders across Maxeon’s product team to align on priorities and shape our integration roadmap
- Lead and own the evaluation of new and future hardware and service partners as part of the product management selection process relating to aspects of technical integration
- Evangelize the platform and integration strategy to senior leaders
- Lead and coordinate an agile structured way of working in the integration team to be able to react to the daily changing challenges and solve them in a focused manner.
