**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support from opening a requisition to the closing of the same
- Partner directly with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interviews
- Assist in input and maintenance of recruiting data into the applicant tracking system
- Other recruitment-related projects, such as recruitment campaigns

- Self-motivated; can take initiative and follows through reliably
- Accustomed to multitasking, prioritizing and meeting multiple tight deadlines
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and accurate
- A team-player, who can give and take new and constructive ideas and feedback, directly
- A stellar communicator, with strong written and spoken cross-cultural communication skills
- English ability (business level or above)
- Able to commit to at least 6 months, either on full time or part time basis
