**Your new company**

You will be joining one of the top shipping companies in the world. As the business is expanding, they are seeking for a Senior Procurement Executive to support the growth of the company. They are located in the South-West of Singapore.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Head of procurement, you will be responsible for:

- Purchasing and sourcing engineering related spares and goods for cost-effectiveness and timeliness.
- The ability to conduct procurement processes of tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management
- Consolidating purchase requisitions
- Managing strategic supplier relationships and improvements through evaluations for continuous improvements
- Performing analysis of tender submissions and preparing tender documents to ensure detailed and fair specifications

**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least a degree with 2 to 3 years of experience in procurement and sourcing
- Experience with procurement software (e.g., Oracle Fusion)
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- The ability to establish excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet the business’s needs
- Experience in procurement of Engineering goods and services
