**Senior Executive, Procurement**

Our client, Ang Mo Kio Family Service Centre is a leading community-based social service agency, which provides a holistic range of services to support children, youths, families and seniors at multiple touchpoints across Singapore.

To oversee the the full spectrum of centralised procurement functions

To work with the Senior Director, Shared Services and Chief Executive Officer:

- to fulfil the company's mission
- to ensure fair and compliant procurement management

**Roles and Responsibilities**

The Senior Executive, Procurement will work closely with the Procurement Head.

Directing and coordinating activities in the purchasing of goods and services required in the organisation. This includes goods and services sourcing, managing the evaluation and negotiation processes, work together with internal stakeholder team to define the scope of works for tenders, issuance of purchase order, upkeeping of important licenses and documents, engagement of term contractor and support the Procurement Head in new contract management and renewal.

Manage a team of appointed buyers to prepare the specification to the requisition of goods or services, conduct competitive bid review in line with Procurement Manual / Policies, execute service contracts and agreements, lead and guide stakeholders in the execution of procurement, conduct pre and post award reviews to ensure the performance evaluation with Key Suppliers are met.

Manage the e-procurement platform and ensure all approval regime is kept up to date, consolidate and tabulate outcome based key indicators (activity, spend, savings, continually improve performance or reducing cost).

To undertake any other work responsibility assigned by supervisor

**Desired Skills and Competencies**
- A Bachelors Degree in relevant fields
- Strength in Supplier Relationship Management and Supplier Performance Evaluation
- Good know-how in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must
- Min 5-6 years of related work experience in procurement. Social Service related sectors knowledge and/or experience will be an advantage.
- Familiar with launching of e-procurement platform e.g TenderBoard, Sesami and etc.
- Strength in sourcing, purchasing process, project management, contract review and management.
- Strength in analytical, communication, negotiation, influencing, generating of approval papers to recommend the purchase.
