**Entity: Allianz Insurance Singapore**

This role is required to support the telesales team in the coordination of their administrative tasks that would allow the telemarketing team members to attain their sales targets. He/she will be required to have concise interaction on the call floor to communicate and validate telemarketer requests, support system workarounds and be excellent with excel spreadsheets in data manipulation and reporting.

**Key Responsibility Areas**:

- Liaise with telemarketer to generate system quotes and policies issuance
- Communicate and coordinate on sales requests
- Familiarity with insurance products and services
- Coordinate with the centre head to support the team on day-to-day operational issues
- Any other duties as and when deemed necessary to improve/enhance telesales team

**Capabilities and Qualifications**:

- Minimum GCE O Levels / Diploma holder. SPM holders with related experience would be considered
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative, customer service or sales support
- Ability to work under stress and highly productive sales environment
- Highly motivated to develop and strengthen team relationships and serve extra mile
- Possess good interpersonal & communication skills
- Experience in insurance / banking environment would be an added advantage
