**Responsibilities**:
- Administer vehicle registrations and transactions through Land Transport Authority's (LTA) web portal and LTA Link
- Submit documents to relevant authorities pertaining to vehicle transactions
- Prepare monthly reports for PARF / COE papers and other periodic reports
- Ensure timely renewal of road tax for vehicles
- Prepare manual computations of loan installments or schedules for customers
- Assist customers with their motor insurance requirements
- Maintain proper recording and filing of documents
- Other administrative duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification: GCE ‘O’ / 'A'Level
- Highly motivated, organised, and able to work independently
- Possess initiative and ability to multi-task
- Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive working attitude, good customer service, and phone etiquette
- The ability to interact with staff at all levels
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
