Roles & Responsibilities
- Involve in incoming quality check, product sensory, on-line critical control points, food product testing & verification.
- Conduct regular food safety and workplace safety inspections/audits in factoryoperation to comply with safety regulations.
- Amend factory layout, product list and process flow chart according to SFA conditions of licensing for food establishments.
- Arrange for Internal calibration and verification of equipment.
- Maintain consistent documentation of FSMS, Halal & WSH records and audit reports
- Enforce good food safety and good workplaces practices for continuous improvement.
- Conduct joint food incident investigations to monitor rectification actions are adhered to.
- Support monthly pest control program with contractor
- Perform aseptic microbiological samplings and testing for food products and hand swabs.
- Provide internal food hygiene / Halal training to production staffs (e.g. Food Handling, Food Hygiene, GMP, etc.)
- Any other administrative or ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Food Science or tertiary qualification in relevant field
- Relevant QA/QC experience in handling ISO documentation and records
- Understanding of / ISO22000 / Halal requirement is added advantage.
- Team player with self-discipline, learning mindset and able to work independently
- At least 3 years’ experience as QA / QC
