Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies
- Build rapports and relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Engage and manage both existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities
- Actively communicate with clients to understand their needs and pain points to be solved.
- Managing the sales pipeline and funnel in the CRM system
- Owning the entire sales lifecycle.
- Conduct market research and analyse market trends to identify new potential markets and clients
- Preparing and delivering sales pitches and presentations to potential clients
- Ensuring close customer contact, engagement and follow-up.
- Work out proposals and then translate them into contracts
- Conducting sales meetings in-person as well as virtual
- Speaking and presenting at conferences and events

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or relevant field
- Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting and budgeting

**Structure**
- Reports to the company’s CEO.
- 5 Days work week
- Working Hours: 44 hrs/week

**Workplace**
- Buroh Lane (with morning and evening shuttle bus from/to Lakeside MRT station).

**Start Date**
- Immediate or within short notice

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 2 years (preferred)
- Food and Beverage Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
