**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Be part of the vendor management team to guide vendors for registration in CapitaLand’s ERP system, review vendor registration submission, conduct due diligence check to vendors and follow up with vendors to complete the registration process.
- Coordinate with CapitaLand’s internal users, IT Service Desk, and external vendors to fix vendor registration related incidents in time.
- Generate periodical report for vendor registration from CapitaLand’s ERP system.
**Requirements**:
- Degree or diploma in Finance, Supply Chain Management or Procurement.
- Experience in using ERP, Procurement, or Vendor management system.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suites.
- Good communication skills.
- Self-directed with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Demonstrates integrity and good work ethic.
