**Job Description**:
You will be part of the Group Procurement team supporting in the day-to-day responsibilities and projects-related tasks:
- Conduct UAT for the assigned project and participate in vendor onboarding matters together with the proposed central vendor management team for procurement- Review and approve vendor registration request in the new ERP post go-live of assigned project- Create PO or perform service acceptance for purchases under Group Procurement- Work on automation via RPA Bot to close procurement gaps identified between as-is and to-be processes- Liaise with the Data & Insights team to revamp the procurement spend analysis dashboard upon finalization of current procurement processes- Work on Group Sustainability Report for supply chain management related data disclosure- Support yearly assurance audit for Group Sustainability Report- To assist renewal of General Line in various regions including Singapore, USA, Europe, Malaysia, Japan and SEA, for various business owners e.g. listed Reits, CLI non-listed owners and CLD- Coordinate with property managers of the respective asset owners- Assist with the renewal of global Financial Line insurance policies including renewal information declaration- Communication with SBUs on premium allocation and coordinate post renewal policy issuance, premium payment matters and checking of policy documents etc- Assist in other procurement items upon the expiry of the existing contract expiry

**Requirements**:
- Minimum Degree holder or equivalent- At least 5 years of experience in handling procurement-related matters- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with our China counterparts)- Experience in SAP ERP system is preferred
