Singapore BRITOIL OFFSHORE SERVICES PTE LTD Full time

Support the HSE Manager with planning, coordinating and implementing effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the company objectives are met.
- Support HSE Manager maintaining QMS/SMS and records for compliance to ISM, ISPS, MLC and ISO standards.
- Facilitate internal and external auditing as per audit schedule by coordinating with agents and 3rd parties.
- Produce HSEQ statistics monthly and identify trends.
- Assist in the development of project specific HSE documentation.
- Organize reports related to PSC inspection, Internal/ External audit, Corrective/ and follow up actions of the office and all vessels of the fleet, for further evaluation and quality controls.
- Track outstanding corrective and/or follow up actions required by vessels or departments for effective closeout of Incident reports.
- Assist with annual Management Review of HSEQ performance metrics.
- Monitor legislative and regulation updates for future implementation in QMS/SMS.
- Support development of a company Integrated Management System to include ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Maritime / Marine.
- 3 - 5 years ashore or seafaring experience.
- Experience in ship management companies.
- Knowledge with ISO 9001/14001/45001 preferred.
