Associate Sales Director, Corp and Enterprise

**About the job**:
You will be part of a growing Corporate Enterprise and Mid-Market team selling into both consumer and B2B brands across industries.
You will lead the charge for growing the organisation, creating large scale enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders, using your previous extensive experience with enterprise and mid-market in the APAC region..
This will include winning new, scalable business opportunities and using a consultative-selling approach propose data-driven solutions that focus on the issues crucial to the client's future and performance. You will work on the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through to proposal writing and closing. In addition to selling the flagship GWI dataset, you will be responsible for generating and defining prospects custom research needs, and developing solutions leveraging the full range of GWI's products and services
You will be joining the APAC business during a period of rapid growth, providing a fast paced, smart and entrepreneurial environment from which there are opportunities to build, grow and develop at an unrivalled pace
Whilst this role is currently an independent contributor in the team, there will be future potential for this role to take on people management responsibilities, depending on business growth.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Hit quarterly and annual sales targets and drive business growth, both via successfully converting inbound leads with a high level of responsiveness and proactively building your own pipeline of new opportunities in defined verticals
- Create large scale enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders, using your existing relationships and relevant contacts within enterprise and mid market accounts in the APAC region.
- Create opportunities to present at external marketing events, driving the business forward and ensuring GWI APAC brand is propagated across the region.
- Create your own new business activity plan to proactively identify new growth opportunities, develop targeted sales strategies, and efficiently deliver on those strategies to build a strong and sustainable pipeline
- Create and deliver tailored client presentations/proposals to proactively elicit briefs and/or respond to RFIs, RFQs and RFPs. Leverage client intelligence, industry knowledge and unique solutions provided via the GWI platform to stimulate client thinking, and ensure a strong influence on client decision making to close the sale
- Develop and maintain a close relationship with the new business & client servicing heads to ensure good sales coordination, and facilitate effective transitioning of closed clients to Account Managers
- Work in close conjunction with adjacent functions such as Research, Product and Trials Teams to exchange knowledge, improve and design new ways of collaborative working and in the interest of better serving our clients

**The Essentials**:
- Proven experience in New Business selling similar data or platform products (SaaS, recurring revenue) to enterprise and mid-market in a range of industries
- Extensive experience driving enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders from inception to execution.
- Demonstrable experience driving Partner conversations.
- You will bring a set of relationships and relevant contacts within enterprise and mid market accounts in the APAC region.
- Experience and success developing relationships with personas in Insight and Marketing working across areas such as Product Development, Segmentation, Brand Health and Marketing Strategy
- In-depth knowledge of the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and a solid track record of building pipeline (inbound/outbound), closing and achieving sales goals
- Previous experience in presenting at large scale marketing events, demonstrating confidence in raising brand awareness.
- Demonstrable experience in consultative and value based selling
- Able to demonstrate excellent processes across Salesforce, Salesloft and/or other Fluent English language is all that's required, but any other spoken language would be a plus
