Our client a leading financial services company is looking to hire a smart and passionate individual with a proven sales record. Experience in CFDs and FX preferable but not essential. You will join a growing team and gain exposure to a unique environment working in the Fintech space.

**Responsibilities**
- Being part of a team based in Singapore dedicated to handling all aspects of the customer onboarding experience
- Facilitate opening of new accounts for prospective clients who have already indicated interest in our platform and provide support for existing customers
- The role is centered on engaging fresh leads via outbound calls, most of your day will be spent speaking to existing clients over the phone.
- Your key responsibility will be to support existing customers and fresh leads with an introduction to all aspects of the trading experience-for example, funding their account, market information, trading techniques and education.
- Encourage and support referrals from existing clients

**Experience Required**
- CMFAS modules 1B, 6/6A qualified
- Passionate about sales and delivering the highest possible service to customers
- Have computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proactive, KPI-driven representative, able to manage your own client base but driven to source new relationships on own accord
- In-depth understanding of the underlying fundamentals of financial markets and FX/CFD trading in particular
- Self-motivated and enjoys working to targets
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a "service" mindset to support our customers in the demanding, real-time environment of active trading
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce or comparative tools) would be helpful
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Mandarin and English language proficiency
